$BLACK is the planned venue token for Black DEX. The model follows the same loop used around the Gang ecosystem: trade on the book, earn points, climb the leaderboard, then receive allocation. There is no live deposit contract on this page. Early access is handled only through the official Telegram desk.

Venue points track participation. Earlier, consistent flow ranks higher than a single spike.

Climb
Leaderboard position is the public score. Genesis allocation is designed to follow that score, not a private team wallet.
Planned allocation
Figures below are the working design inspired by the Gang public token notes (no team warehouse, genesis to participants). They are not a live sale and can change before TGE.
Genesis to participants
A large share of supply is reserved for traders, points earners and early affiliates. The point of a venue token is to pay the book, not warehouse coins for insiders.
No team warehouse
The design target is zero idle team allocation sitting as future float. Contributors buy or earn like everyone else after the public rules are published.
Liquidity + listings
A locked LP slice and listing inventory so $BLACK can trade after TGE without an unlocked insider dump.
Presale / early desk
A capped early round, if opened, is announced only on @BlackDexOnline and t.me/blackdexonlineadmin. Ignore any other contract or form.

A presale, if it opens, will include network, token address, cap and vesting on the official accounts. Until then this page is a desk, not a cashier.
